Angela K. Vander Woude

 
Angela K. Vander Woude, nee Kielhorn age 73, of Crawfordsville, IN, formerly of Dyer, IN passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018 at home from complications due to multiple strokes.  Angela was born in Leipzig, Germany on 12/19/1944 and immigrated to the United States in 1955, at the age of 11.  She graduated from Harper High School in Chicago, and received a CDA degree from Lafayette IN.  She dedicated her life to teaching pre-school children.

Angela is survived by her husband, Ronald Vander Woude; son, Todd (Colleen) Vander Woude, daughter, Stefanie Line, son in law Kevin Nordyke;
grandchildren, Kurtis Vander Woude, Emily Vander Woude, Sydney(Josh) Schurman, Hanna Vander Woude, Jared Vander Woude, Samuel Line, Kasey Line and Eva Nordyke; great grandchild, Elijah Vander Woude.  Preceded in death by parents, Siegfried and Eva Kielhorn, sister, Sonja (Earl) Nold, and daughter Tina Nordyke.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Tina.

A Visitation will be held Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Christ Lutheran Church, 300 W. South Blvd., Crawfordsville, IN 47933 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Funeral Service to follow beginning at 7:00 pm.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Funeral Service to follow beginning at 6:00 pm.
