Arlene Baber Obituary

Arlene Baber, 66, of Hammond, IN, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018. She is survived by: daughters Monica Mathews, Brenda (Ben) De Freeuw, son Eric Baber, step children Bill (Diana) Baber, Stephanie (Dan) Baber Gerkewicz, Jennifer (Brian) Baber Keltsch, sisters Gennie (Charlie) Smith, Linda (George) Puckhaber, Shirley Byers, thirteen grandchildren, and numerous additional nieces and nephews. Arlene was preceded in death by: husband William Baber, brother Darrel Martin, parents Howard Martin and Velda Veith, grandparents Leo and Florence Boney.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held for family and friends, for details please contact the family.

Arlene loved to spend time with her best friend and granddaughter Tori Mathews and taking road trips with her buddies and granddaughters Taylor and Tori. She also loved to travel to Las Vegas, play video poker and bingo.
