Carol Jansen

Carol Ann (Hall) Jansen, 80 of Griffith, Indiana peacefully passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018.  She is survived by her devoted daughters Candy (Robert) Childress and Cindy (Derek) Holme, and eight grandchildren, Randi (Shawn) Lollis, Jamie (Ian) Barnett, Robin (Dave) Mestrich, Shelly Holme, Denny (Holly) Holme, Katie (Dave) Kendall, Becky (Dan) Schill, Julie (Derek Sanford) Holme, eleven great granchildren, brother David Hall and many nieces and nephews.  Carol was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Jansen, her parents Donald and Helen Hall, and her brother Donald Hall.  

Carol loved her kids and grand kids, and was a fan of Chicago's sports teams, and loved gambling.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday December 13, 2018, from 3:00-7:00 pm at Hillside Funeral Home, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, Indiana 46322. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the funeral home, beginning at 9:30 am with Pastor Bob Parnell, officiating.
