Donald Ravesloot

Donald Ravesloot 81 passed away on Saturday, September 15, at his home in Crown point Indiana.
He was born July 13, 1937 in Harvey, Illinois to Harry and Anna Ravesloot. He was a 1956 graduate of Thornton high school in Harvey, Illinois.  He served two years in the U.S. Army stationed in Korea. He worked as a clutch rebuilder and at Allis Chalmers and many other jobs to support his family.He enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with family.  But  his passion was to tell people about Jesus and sharing his faith. He is survived by three sisters, Louis, Judy and Margie. Two sons Donald and Michael, many nieces, nephews cousins grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family,friends and others whose life Donald touched are invited to the Hillside funeral home at 8941 Kleinman road from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Tuesday September 18, 2018 to celebrate, grieve and support each other.
