Donna M. Thomas, 61, of Hammond, IN, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018. She is survived by: beloved life partner Eddie Rhone, loving daughters Melinda (Richard) Stricklin, Chrissy (John) Plancarte, dear son James Thomas, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, brother Tom Smith, sisters Juanita Smith, Mary Parquette. She was preceded in death by: parents James and Dora Smith, brothers Roger and James Smith, granddaughter Jasmine Raschke.

Celebration of Life Gathering will be Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
