Elvira E. Moreno

Elvira E. Moreno, age 79, passed away on September 20, 2018.  She is survived by her children Nina (Scott) Mealey, Victoria (James Chubbs) Hankins, Juanita (Allan) Nethery, Joyce (Mike Bostell) Wilson and Roger Moreno, grandchildren Brooke, Scott Jr., Lauren Mealey, Sarah, Curtis Hankins, Matt Berkos, AJ Nethery, Nicole (David) Kerr, Brian Brugioni and Erica Moreno, great grandchildren Adrianna, Justin, Chase and Nathan, sisters Rebecca Galvan and Josephine (Dan) Phillips, brother Rudy (Leona) Ordaz.  She was preceded in death by her husband Rogelio and grandson Adam Mealey.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday September 24, 2018 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Hillside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, IN. with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 pm, Fr. Theodore Mens officiating.  Burial Chapel Lawn Cemetery.  

Elvira loved being with her grandchildren, crocheting, reading and her dogs.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area in her honor.
