Emmeline Ann "Emmie" Daniel

Emmeline Ann "Emmie" Daniel, 52, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May, 4, 2019 at the age of fifty-two.  She is survived by her two loving daughters, Chelsey & Katie Daniel; adoring grandchildren, Benjamin age 5, and Gracie, age 3; her dear mother, Jo (Bill) Freidheim; brothers John (Amy), and Steve (Cari) Koleno, and her sister, Angie Koleno.  Emmie was preceded in death by her father, Martin (Ruth) Koleno.

Born August 2, 1966 at McCord Air Force Base in Washington state, Emmie's family moved to Highland, Indiana where she spent the majority of her life.  She was a graduate of Highland High School, and obtained her Associate's Degree from Commonwealth Business College.  Emmie was employed by Highland Public Works, and was an Administrative Assistant at Munster Public Works.

Emmie's "BFFs" are her loving grandchildren, Ben & Gracie; her favorite pastime was having sleepovers with them.  Sewing was a passion, along with decorating and unique crafting.  She was an accomplished cook and baker.  No words can express the loss of Emmie to her loving family.

There are no services planned for Ms. Daniel.
