Holly Santerior

Holly Santerior, 46, of Highland, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.  She is survived by her loving siblings Cheryl (John) Sopo, David Santerior, and Kenneth Santerior. Her beloved dog Annie, her best friend Kim (Dean) Sjoerdsma and Uncle Alan (Judy) Stockus. Holly was preceded in death by her parents, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, Indiana 46322.  A Funeral Service  will be held at 2:00 PM at the funeral home, immediately following visitation.

Holly was born January 16, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, to Kenneth and Carole (nee Stokus) Santerior. She was a member of the 1991 graduating class from Highland High School and went on to earn her nursing degree in 1998 from Purdue University and subsequently worked at Franciscan Health Express Care in Munster as a Registered Nurse, helping patients get better.  Holly was a beautiful, amazing woman with a loving soul and spirit, who was caring, kind, and witty.  She was a Green Bay Packers, Black Hawks, and Tony Stewart fan. She was a runner and did 13 races in 12 months and had a quilt made to remember her hard work. Holly savored the time she spent with her friends and family and enjoyed Scuba diving with her brother, Ken, and loved getting her nails done with her sister, Cheryl.
