Howard Fredrick Doan, 82, of Portage, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019. He is survived by his loving children; Carrie (Scott) Wortsman, David (Rena) Doan, Darrin (Kay) Doan, Daniel (Penny) Doan, Damon (Leslie) Doan, 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, brother Lee Doan, brother-in-law Jim (Linda) Glaze, sister-in-law Marge Kroush and numerous additional loving family and friends. Howard was preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life Service at 11:30 AM (doors open at 11:00 AM) on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Crossroads Community Church, 1538 Janice Drive, Schererville, Indiana 46375. The family invites everyone to stay for a Celebration Luncheon, immediately following the service.
