Joseph A. Del Rio

Joseph A. Del Rio, 70, of Highland passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019.  He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara of 41 years; five children, Joseph Jr., (Rachael), Jonathan (Jami), Justin (Joanne), Jordan (Alyssa), and Jameson (Chaunta) Del Rio; nine grandchildren, Andrew & John Sternberg, and Alexander, Vivian, Lillian, Miller, Autumn, Jasleen, and Amelia Del Rio; five siblings, Theresa (Michael) Thomas, Martin (Cindy), Peter, and Mark (Sherri) Del Rio, and JoAnn (John) Kubacki.

Joseph was preceded in death by his loving parents, Roy & Vivian Del Rio, and his brother, Roy Del Rio.

Joseph was a member of St. James the Less Catholic Church in Highland, as well as the Knights of Columbus, Council 8080 in Highland.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd., Highland, Indiana 46322. 

Additional visitation with the family will be held at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 9640 Kennedy Avenue, Highland, Indiana, 46322, on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated, immediately following at 10:30 AM.  Father Keith Virus, officiating.
