Kimberly Ann Thomas, 46, of Highland, IN, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018. She is survived by: beloved husband Ryan, loving daughter Samantha, beloved parents John and Brenda Crook, caring brothers Dan (Alyssa) Crook, Mike Crook, Chris Swinford. She was preceded in death by her sons Matthew and Jackson Markovich and grandparents Doc and Betty Dixon.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
