M Elizabeth Bartniczak

M Elizabeth “Beth” Bartniczak, age 58, of Portage IN formerly of Munster IN, after a long illness, went to join the Lord on February 14, 2018.  She is survived by husband, Van W. Bartniczak , her son Brian Bartniczak and sister Kathy Houtschilt.  She was preceded in death by her parents William L. “Bill” and Josephine “Jo” (Cortopassi) Houtschilt of Calumet City IL, and Aunt Bernice (Cortopassi) Steed of Hammond IN. Beth was the heart and soul of our family, and gave generously of herself to anyone and was always willing to help someone in need. She ran the food pantry in our previous church and a supporter of the local woman’s shelter.  Beth you are loved and you will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to National Fibromyalgia Chronic Pain Association “NFMCPA.”

Memorial services will be held on March 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM, location, St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 505 Bullseye Lake Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
