Margaret Ellen Swartz

Margaret Ellen Swartz, 80, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019.  She is survived by her five loving children, Robert (Nancy), Timothy (Ellen), Thomas (Debora), David (Lisa Kay), and Matthew (Onalee) Swartz; nineteen adoring grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren, as well as numerous additional loving family members.  Margaret was preceded in death by her dear husband, Edwin "Bud" Swartz, in 2018.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Faith Church in Highland, 8910 Grace St, Highland, Indiana, 46322, with a Funeral Service immediately following at 2:00 PM at the church.  Pastor Rich Bawinkle, officiating.  Please enter on the west side of the building. 

Margaret was involved with and served in local churches.  She volunteered with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief for ten years, as well as with the Prison Ministry Volunteers for ten years in Colorado.
