Mark D. McClellan, 68, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019. He is survived by two sisters, Donna (Bill) Dodd and Iris (Ron) Spragg, and his brother, Brad (Nancy) McClellan. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Lois McClellan.
