He is survived by: his wife, Sheila (Cunningham) Botts, daughters Kelly (Larry) deBie of Wheatfield, IN, Kristy (Daniel, Jr.) Beehn of Wheatfield, IN, Nicole (Toby) Wright of Wheatfield, IN, nine grandchildren, four sisters, three brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
