Ronald Hamilton

Ronald Hamilton, 67, of Gary, Indiana, passed away comfortably at home on Saturday, June 8, 2019.  He is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Colleen; four children, Ronnie Hamilton, Tina (Phil) Strohmier, Layla Lewis, and Jessica Saunders; six loving grand kids; his mother, Virginia; sister, Annie; brother, Lorin Dean (Debby); lifelong friend, Todd Travis, and numerous additional loving family members and friends. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at the Waterfront Marina, 14042 Croissant Drive, Burnham, Illinois 60633.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated. 

Ron enjoyed fishing, camping, bonfires, video games, and Stroh's Beer.  He proudly served his country in the United States Marines from 1972 to 1976, and went on to retire from U.S. Steel, Gary Works.  Ron was and will forever be a Bears fan!
