Scott Michael Clark, age 49, of Cedar Lake, Indiana, passed away November 25, 2019. He is survived by his mother: Donna Bartnik, wife: Kristina, children: Shianna (fiance Travis) Clark, Camden Vizena, Kara Vizena, step-son: John Albin, granddaughter: Kendall, expectant grandson: Theo, Father: David (Cheri) Clark, brother: Christopher (Carmen) Clark, niece: Alex Clark, numerous additional loving family and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his brother Stephen Bartnik.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Southlake Christian Church, 501 Pratt Street, Crown Point, Indiana 46307.

Scott was a member of the Hobart Moose Lodge.
