Sean William Dobis

Sean William Dobis, 33, of Munster, Indiana, passed away on Sunday March 3, 2019.  He is survived by his loving parents Jeffery & Carolyn Dobis, sister Katie (Michael DeYoung) Dobis, brother Eric (Erin Marincic) Dobis, grandmother Lois White, aunts and uncles Michael (Linda) White, Linda (Raymond) Hawkins, Thomas White, Donald (Valorie) White, Lois (Raymond) Coto, Leah (Joseph) Wintczak, Judy (Wally) Baran, Jody Dobis, best friends Will Coto, Amber Foy, Rob May and numerous additional loving family and friends.  Sean was preceded in death by his grandparents Clarence & Katherine Dobis and Donald White.

Friends are invited to meet with the family for a Celebration of Life Visitation from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Saturday, March 9, 2019, with a Celebration of Life Service at 7:30 PM, at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, Indiana, 46322.

Sean was an Eagle Scout and lifelong member of "William's Garage."  He was employed by RE industries, loved his job and made friends with everyone he worked with.  Sean's personality made it easy for him to make friends. Whether he met them at school, work, or through family, he left a lasting impression on them all. Sean was too smart for his own good. Classes didn't always move fast enough for him so he would often spend the school day doodling cars, planes, and guns. He had a big heart and found the best in everyone. Sean especially loved being an "uncle" to Rochelle and William Jr.
