Thomas Wayne Dyke, born on April 18, 1954; he closed the chapter on his earthly life to start the chapter on his Eternal Life on April 1, 2019.
Thomas was the fifth child out of eight. He loved his wife, Christy, for forty-two years. Together they raised four daughters: April (Paul) Armendariz, Rebecca (Timothy) Dykstra, Jessica (Jason) Dees, and Laura (Chad) Colvin. Thomas dearly loved his family and would do anything that his girls would ask of him without hesitation. He was "Wise One" of the family, the cornerstone, the foundation to which his daughters would base their families from for future generations.
Thomas was known as "Papa" to his ten grandchildren: Sean, Lilly, Jackson, Riley, Elisabeth, Trevor, Ila, Lucas, Reyna and Brielle. He would love to take them fishing at Bass Lake, snuggle with them during nap times, although, this was also a great excuse for Papa to sneak in a little nap. Papa taught his grandchildren how to laugh, how to work hard, and how to live for Christ our Savior. Thomas loved his wife with all his heart and soul. He never liked to be without her and worked hard to give her everything she needed. Together, they set an example of what a Christian marriage should be.
Tommy was always so faithful to his family and each year he looked forward to fishing in April at Kentucky Lake with his two brothers and their wives. The three couples have shared almost thirty years of laughter, love, fish, food and naps and he would not have traded that for anything.
Loved ones that have cleared the way for Thomas are his father and mother, William and Grace Dyke; brother in law, Simon Visser; sister, Beverly Mesman; niece, Stephanie Blom; and beloved infant granddaughter, Isabella Grace Dees.

Romans 8: 38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
