Thomas E. Jones

Thomas E. Jones, age 80, of Schererville, IN, passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on January 1, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette, his children: Thomas Jones Jr., Timothy (Susan) Jones, Terry Jones, Tamara (Charles) Leverich, Tricia (Charles) Wood, beloved grandchildren: Lori Vellutini, Lisa Jones, Stephanie Wontorski, Laura McKinney, Heather Tokarz, Randy Jones, Kenneth Jones, Caitlyn Leverich, Corwin Leverich, Connor Leverich, Stephanie Yocum, Rico Rodriguez, Stephen Wood, Dimitri Rodriguez, 16 great grandchildren as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Velma, his 2 sisters: Mary Lou and Marie, brother Donald, and grandson Bobby.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 8941 Kleinman Rd. Highland, IN 46322. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Memory Lane cemetary on Rt.30 in Schererville following Funeral Service.
