William "Bill" Swanson

William "Bill" Swanson, 81, of Highland, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019.  He is survived by his loving wife, Janet, of 54 years; two beloved children, Joseph (Dawn) Swanson, Christine Swanson; three adoring grandchildren, Alexandra Swanson, Adrianne Swanson, Angelica (Joshua) Brzezinski; sister Evelyn O'Connor; sister-in-law Jean (Jeffrey) Stevens, and many loving nieces & nephews and additional loving family and friends.  Bill was preceded in death by his brother Donald Swanson during the Korean Conflict..

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, Indiana 46322.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Our Lady of Grace Church, 3025 Highway Avenue, Highland, Indiana 46322.  Father Gregory Bim Merle, officiating.  Visitation with the family will be held at 9:30 AM at the church, immediately preceding the Mass.
