Alex was born March 9, 1986 in Hammond, IN. He "graduated" from Morton High School in 2005, and completed an extended life skills course in 2007. Although born disabled, Alex enjoyed many activities in life, and found joy in his own way. As a child, he attended summer day camp with his friends and played baseball for the Munster Challengers. He enjoyed attending mass with his family, singing the church songs, listening to music, and playing various dice games, his favorite being Yahtzee.
Above all, Alex's greatest accomplishment was the joy he brought to others by simply being himself. He had a loving spirit and contagious smile.
Alex was a loving son, brother, uncle and nephew and will truly be missed by all whose lives he touched.
