Alfredo Roman Rivera, 70, passed away peacefully, with family by his side. He was husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Alfredo is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Roman; his daughters, Amy Roman and Taylor (Roman) Cantu (Matthew) ; his son, Joseph Roman; his brothers, Melvin Roman (Margarita), Raphael Roman (Carmen), Gabriel Roman (Monica), and Jose Roman (Laura), his sister Bruneldi Roman and his cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Kobe, Madilyn, Joseph Jr, Jessenia, McKenzley, and Liliona, who brought him immense pride and joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Consuelo and Medin Roman, and his sisters, Maria Roman and Aleda Roman.
Alfredo had a lifelong passion for riding motorcycles and working on cars. He found peace on the open road and true satisfaction under the hood, always ready to fix what was broken or lend a helping hand. Whether tuning an engine or sharing stories from his rides, he carried a quiet confidence and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and freedom.
Above all, Alfredo loved the outdoors and taking his family camping. His legacy lives on in the family who loves him. He will be remembered for his strength, his loyalty, and the unmistakable sound of an engine he brought back to life.
Visitation services will be held on March 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Home in Highland, IN. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Alfredo’s life.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
