Barbara McNeff Obituary

Barbara McNeff age 73 of Griffith, IN, peacefully passed away on Friday August 22, 2025. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Paul McNeff; sister, Carol Strych and fiance, Howard Comparon; brother, Stanley 'Butch'  Szpejnowski and wife Liz; niece, Tracy Thackston and husband Terry and niece, Jennifer Wilcossin and husband Dave. 

Barb was proceeded in death by her parents, Stanley and Ann Szpejnowski and sister, Maureen Holifield. 

Barb was born July 2, 1952 in Chicago Illinois and was a 1971 graduate of CVS High School.

She attended South Suburban College and became a licensed and Certified Pharmacy Technician until her retirement.

Barb was a member in good standing with The Lake County Master Gardner's Group and the Wild One's from Hammond.

Barb's hobbies included cruising, traveling, reading, and listening to music.

Services were held privately by the family.

Interment at Memory Lane Cemetery in Schererville, Indiana. 

Cremation Services entrusted to Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Highland, IN.
