Betty Coleman (Janda), 80, of Crown Point, IN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
She is survived by her brother, Jerry Janda, sisters-in-law Louise Janda and Dianne Janda. Many nephews and nieces. Jim & Sandy Janda, Kevin & Jerri Janda, Kathy & late Al Reichelt, Bob & Melissa Janda, Anthony Janda, Marie & Mark Gerrity, Randy Janda, Bruce & Randi Janda, David & Heather Janda, Elizabeth & Dan Weldon, Jerry & Ann Janda, and Jim & Tammy Janda.
Preceded in death by her parents, Pete & Betty Janda, brothers Tony, Pete, Jim, and George Janda, and son Richard Coleman.
Betty enjoyed going to garage sales and thrift shops with her son. They also enjoyed the Lake County Fairgrounds and going on long day trips.
Visitation will be Monday, March 17, 2025 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN, 46322 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Funeral Service at 6:00 pm.
