Carole Rodi Obituary
Carole Rodi age 86 passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
She is survived by her son, David (Rebecca) Rodi; grandson, Thomas Rodi; brother, Howard Tobiasz (Renee); numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rodi; and parents, Albin and Louise Tobiasz.
Carole was born February 27, 1940, in Chicago IL and was a graduate of Taft High School. Upon marrying Richard, they settled in South Holland, IL. There they built many lifetime friendships and created great shared memories with family and neighbors. Later in life, Carole lived in Sarasota, FL and Pinehurst, NC, and she rarely missed the winters of Chicago.
She enjoyed gardening and was an avid baker. In fact, her annual Christmas cookies we legendary among family and friends.
Carole will be truly missed by all those that knew her.
