Charity was preceded in death by her parents Dan Thunherst and Wanda Szarmach, and her cousin Joshua. Her Grandparents Gerald “Shim” and Margaret “Grandma T” Thunherst.
Charity Meyers was born on August 12th, 1981 in Chicago Heights, Illinois. By far the greatest accomplishment of Charity’s life was being a mother to Ryan and Abigail. Her children were her entire life.
Everyone who knew Charity would describe her as “talkative” and we all loved her for it. She loved her Pyrex collection and everything vintage. She could never pass up a yard sale, estate sale, or a cup of coffee. Charity and Paul shared many special moments at the Whiting Lakefront Park, the most important being when they got engaged.
Charity was truly one of a kind, none of us will ever again know anyone like her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her every day for the rest of our lives.
