Cheryl Slevnik

Cheryl Slevnik, 57, of Griffith, IN, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. She is survived by: beloved husband Joe, loving children Brad (Renee) MacFarlane, Amanda (Michael) MacFarlane, Daniel (Sarah) MacFarlane,  step-daughters Jillian Slevnik and Terra Slevnik, dear grandchildren Trevor and Julia MacFarlane, Isabella and Gianna Slevnik, beloved siblings Karen Ciecierski and Steve (Leslee) Ciecierski, numerous additional loving family members. She was preceded in death by: parents Carol in 2005 and Frank in 1979.

Visitation will be Monday, June 25, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd. (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow beginning at 6:30 pm, Father Lou Tylka officiating.

Cheryl was a Registered Nurse who loved Music (especially Eric Clapton), the Cubs, Blackhawks, playing video poker, color purple and enjoying summer.
