Chris Tuttle

Chris Tuttle, age 51, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Kristin Tuttle, and their children, Cody Hutsell, Karen Stevenson (Dean), Austin Stevenson (Ashley Sons), Jasmine Tuttle (Jared Wery), Desi Rae Gehrke (Austin Qadri Jr.) and Cheyenne Gehrke (Josh Giesbers) and two grandsons, Alex Cearing (6 yrs old) and Edwin Giesbers (2 yrs old), and siblings Stacy Tuttle, Allen Tuttle (Michele Salinas Kossak), Michelle Henning, and Rhonda (Wally)Tuttle, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Jacqueline McEntire (Greg McEntire).

Chris was born October 22, 1973 in Hammond, IN. On July 22, 2017 he married his heart and soul Kristin Tuttle. Together they lived in Hammond, and a year in Wisconsin.

He enjoyed spending all his time with Kristin taking walks, going to the beach, and looked forward to the Lake County Fair every year with his mom and step-dad. He took pride in spending time with his siblings and grandsons. He was a proud dad who talked about all the kids, his and hers equally.

Chris was a loving son, doting husband, and proud father and brother. He will be missed by all. He had a special place for each & everyone who knew him.

There will be a private Celebration of Life with family and extended family on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 12:000 pm to 4:00 pm. Contact Allen, Stacy, Rhonda, or Kristin for address.
