Cornelius G. (Case) VanTil

Cornelius G. (Case) VanTil, 90, of Munster, IN, formerly of Highland, IN passed away January 28, 2018. He is survived by: beloved wife of 67 years Rosemary (nee Schoon) VanTil, loving children Jim (Ginny) VanTil, Doug (Jan) VanTil, Mary (Randy) Mitchell, and Cathy (Jeff) Visser, grandchildren Chris, Robyn, Brent, Kara, Jason, Joshua, Jori, Brittany, Curtis, and Michael, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, brother Paul (Linda) VanTil, and many nieces and nephews.

Case was a long-time employee of Pleasant View Dairy. He was a charter and active member of New Life CRC (formerly II CRC) in music and serving as a deacon and elder. He also served as a board member at Highland Christian School and Trinity Christian College. Case was a long-time member of Men of a Chord Chorus.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at New Life Christian Reformed Church 3010 Ridge Rd. Highland, IN at 11:00 am with Pastor Bill Sytsma officiating. Burial at Schoon Family Cemetery, Munster, IN.

Memorials may be given to New Life CRC, Highland Christian School, Trinity Christian College, or a school or charity of your choice.
