Danny Warner

On Sunday, January 10, 2021, Danny J. Warner of Griffith-Calumet Township died unexpectedly at the age of 56. He was born October 23, 1964 in Gary, Indiana to Alice “Faye” (Marshall) Warner and Ludegar H. “Pete” Warner. Danny is survived by his only sister, Delana Warner (Vuckovich) and her children who he doted on as his own; Jacy, Nathan and Leah Vuckovich all of whom reside in Griffith. Many cousins and his only surviving aunt, Peggy (Marshall) Ludwig of Lowell, IN. 
Danny is preceded in death by his parents and his maternal grandparents: Alice “Imogene” (Hogge) Marshall and Grady Foster Marshall. And his paternal grandparents Clarice (Smith) Warner and G.D Warner.

Danny was a truck driver by trade. A mostly quiet and loving guy who was generous to a fault even when he least shouldn’t have been. He loved to laugh and joke around. An active member of Ross Baptist Church and a Freemason.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322, on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM, with a service beginning at 4:30PM.
