Grace Rogers Obituary
Grace “Maureen” Rogers, age 88, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Debbie Nilsen and Elizabeth (George) Schulp; her grandchildren, Jason Cates (Kelly), Amy Pruitt (Antonio), Amanda Pruitt, Anthony Pruitt, and Billie Rogers III (Ashley); and her great-grandchildren, Jillian Cates, Dylan Pruitt, and Madison Pruitt. She is also survived by her sister, Betty (Bobby) Farris, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Grace was preceded in death by her husband Billy T. Rogers Sr, and her son Billy Rogers Jr.
Mrs. Rogers was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Griffith. She worked for many years as a childcare teacher and retired from Woodland Child Care. Mom loved the outdoors—especially hummingbirds—and enjoyed sitting in her gazebo
watching butterflies. Above all, she cherished her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her,
