Guillermo "Willie/Geronimo" Jimenez Obituary
Guillermo “Willie/Geronimo” Jimenez, 69, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, at his residence with family. He was born on January 5, 1957 in Matamoros, Mexico.
Guillermo was an avid music lover and electric guitar player, who enjoyed being the life of the party. Anywhere he walked or went, people would joyfully shout, “Geronimo”. Guillermo loved the band Santana as well as the Gypsy Kings. He spent a lot of personal time writing his own songs and music. He enjoyed singing karaoke, and performed at several local venues in his area.
Guillermo was preceded in death by his brother, Noe Jimenez, and mother, Martha Sepulveda.
He is survived by his brother, Jesse Jimenez; sisters, Dolores Ramirez, Lupe Cordova, Blanca Jimenez, Alma Hall; daughter, Amanda Cowan; son, Jody Jimenez; and all his nieces and nephews.
Guillermo will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. His laughter, tenderness, and energy will live on in everyone he knew. Till we meet again. ROCK ON!
