Isabelle Rodriguez, age 61, peacefully passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Rosa Hernandez, Martin Hernandez, Jessie Guerra, and Salome Guerra; her grandchildren, Leo Valdez, Enrique Hernandez, Marilena Hernandez, Alberto Diaz, Archimedes Diaz, and Aviana Mendez; her siblings, Mary Frances Gutierrez and Noel Rodriguez; as well as her partner of over 20 years, Victor Mendoza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved canine companion, Onyx Rodriguez.
Isabelle was born on October 5, 1964, in East Chicago, IN, where she lived most of her life. In her later years, she found joy in helping others through her work as a drug addiction counselor. She also loved watching movies with her family, taking road trips, and singing her heart out at karaoke every chance she got.
Isabelle was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
A private memorial will be held by her children at a later date.
