Jacqueline S. Uylaki, 34, of Griffith, IN, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017. She is survived by: loving son Christian James Merrill, loving father Bryon (Vicky) Uylaki, grandparents Patricia Cubit Uylaki, Thomas and Jane Uylaki, and Tom Musgrove, aunts Madia Madera and Tammy Garrison, and sister Miranda Drudge. She was preceded in death by: mother April Musgrove, brother Kyle James Uylaki, Kathleen Kucer Uylaki, grandmother Dixie Musgrove, uncle Sean Musgrove, and cousin William Ducret.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 12:30 pm. Rev. Shawn Cornett officiating.
