Jimmy grew up in So Holland, IL, and later settled in Griffith, IN, with his wife Marilyn. He was married 20 years. Jimmy worked as a diesel mechanic to fix engines in trucks, boats, and the heavy machinery used in salt mines and on oil rigs. Jimmy loved to bike ride, make models of cars & boats, and sail with his father. Most of all Jimmy loved to make everyone laugh, which he did often because of his great sense of humor. Jimmy always took the time to help out family members, friends, neighbors, and strangers.
