James Michael King Obituary

James Michael King "Mike" aka "Bubba" passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Demotte, IN at Aperion Care. He was 72 years old. He was born in Bat Cave, North Carolina on April 22, 1950. Mike was preceded in death by his brother, Frederick B. King who was killed in Vietnam in 1968, his sister, Vicki King, and dad Rusell Kizziah. He is survived by his mother, Flora Ina Mae Kizziah, daughter Holly Miranda Decker, grandson Drake Decker, siblings Patricia Blooley (Hendersonville, N.C), Frank (Kate) King (Florence, KY), Philip Kizziah (Hammond, IN), Cathy Kizziah (Hammond, IN) and Daniel (Dan) Kizziah (Hammond, IN). Mike had many nephews, nieces, and cousins he loved very much.

Mike served in the Army and was last employed at Team Industrial.

We surely are going to miss him, but we're at peace knowing he's at peace and suffering no more!

A family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
