Janet Ohail Obituary
Janet Ohail age 74 of Highland Indiana passed away on January 11th, 2026 after a brief illness. She is survived by son Josh Hilgert (Kaitlin) of Highland, brother John Ohail (Barbara) of Yorba Linda, Ca. Cousin Beverly Howell (Tony) of Dyer, close friend Bob Suarez and multiple other friends and family members. Preceded in death by her loving husband Patrick Hilgert, her parents, John and Mary Ohail as well as Granny’s special granddog, Sammy.
Janet retired from South Suburban College after many years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her infectious smile will be missed.
Janet wished to not have a service so In lieu of a service- we will be having a celebration of life at Langels Pizza in downtown Highland on March 6th 2026 from 6-10pm. Come have some pizza, drinks and share a memory of Janet.
