Obituary
Jeanette Jones, 81, of Schererville, IN, passed away August 20, 2023. She is survived by her daughters Tamara (Charles) Leverich, Tricia (Charles) Wood, her stepsons Thomas Jones Jr., Timothy (Susan) Jones, Terry Jones, 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters, and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Jones Sr, parents Edith Mathews, Leonard Snyder, stepfather Wilbur Mathews, a grandson, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Jeanette loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed Thursday morning breakfasts with her siblings. She is finally reunited with her husband, the love of her life, and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be Friday, August 25, 2023, at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am with a Funeral Service at 11:30 am. The burial will be at Memory Lane Memorial Park, 6305 Lincoln Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307.
