Jeanette F. Brown

 In loving memory of Jeanette Brown, 92 years of age, who passed on Tuesday, May 31st 2022 at Wittenberg Village.

     Jeanette was born July 28, 1929 in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Fred and Florence Fultz. She was one of 12 siblings, 11 preceded her in death.

     Jeanette married her late husband Ed Brown whom she loved dearly in 1950 and had two children, Diana and Fred, which were born from this union. Jeanette dedicated her life to Christ at an early age.  

     Jeanette loved to read her bible, pray, spend time with family, garden and tell stories about when she lived in the hollars of Kentucky. She was a loving and caring person, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. “To know her was to love her.” 

     Jeanette leaves to cherish her loving memory of 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, Indiana, 46322 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery.
