Joan Marie Harnden, 54, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of five years William, beloved daughter: Hannah Muratori, dear step-son: James Harnden, beloved parents: Don & Mickey Borchert, godmother: Theresa Provenzano, sister/cousin: Lori Belka, and numerous additional loving cousins, family, and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic services for Joan will be private.

Joan was a member of the Southside Christian Church, an extraordinary crafter, and a person who was always upbeat and who thought of others before herself. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter who will be lovingly remembered as an angel who was placed on earth.
