Judith (Judy) Hartoonian

Judith (Judy) Hartoonian, age 81, of Highland, IN passed away Friday October 9th, 2020. Preceded in death by her beloved husband John (Johnny) Hartoonian and parents Carl and Evelyn Merrill. She is survived by her children; daughter Sandra (Scott) McKnight, and two sons Richard Hartoonian and Ronald Hartoonian, her grandchildren; Ryan McKnight, Justin (Alicia) Hartoonian, Ryan Hartoonian, Brandon Hartoonian, Christopher Hartoonian, and Anneliese Hartoonian, her three great grandchildren; Jayden Hartoonian, Easton Hartoonian, and Waylon Hartoonian, her furry friend; Buddy, and along with many, many loving friends.

Judy worked as a sterilization technician at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Crown Point, IN for many years. While Judy was a hard worker, she also dedicated plenty of time to her hobbies and interests. These hobbies and interests include spending her time boating, fishing, camping and traveling with her loved ones. Judy and her husband Johnny loved camping and fishing in Siesta Keys, Monroe Reservoir, and Bull Shoals. She also took great joy in traveling all over the United States visiting family and friends. As well as traveling, Judy and Johnny spent many days boating on Lake Michigan. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Her love and happiness left a lasting impression on everybody that she came in contact with. Judy will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd), Highland, IN 46322 on Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, then immediately followed by a service at 7:00 pm.
