Karen Johnson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce Karen Johnson left us too soon on August 15, 2025.

Karen was born on August 22, 1961, in New Lenox, IL, to Charles and Evelyn Bossinger. She was known for her love of drama, free spirit, colorful appearance, devotion to small dogs, and her determination to live life to the fullest.

She is survived by her brother Louis; her son and daughter-in-law, Grayson and Kimberly Johnson; her granddaughters Skyllar and Cadence; and her significant other, Daniel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Evelyn, and her brother Charles (Chuck).

Karen was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by the many lives she touched.
