Karen Marovich Obituary
Karen Marovich age 66, passed away on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Lori (Kevin) Polus and Mike (Denise Freeman) Matusz; mother Joyce Balding; grandchildren, Marcus Wittig, Michael Hipp, Eddie Sunblad, and Kaylee Dross; and brother-in-law Mike Marovich and sister-in-law Terry Walters; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by husband Chuck Marovich, daughter Nicole Matusz, father Marion Balding, and brother Randy.
Karen was born April 22nd, 1958 in Gary IN. She was a 1976 Griffith High School graduate. Karen was a member of Life Point Church in Highland.
She enjoyed bowling, playing poker, and the San Francisco 49ers.
Karen was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will truly be missed by the lives she touched.
Visitation with the family and memorial service will be Monday, February 3, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:45 pm at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with a Funeral Service at 1:45 pm. Konnie Kuiper officiating.
