Laura Fay Chandler (Tomerlin) passed away January 20, 2026, surrounded by those she loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Fay Tomerlin, her sister Vicki Tomerlin and her sister Janette(Telli) Panagakis.
She was survived by her partner in crime David George, her son Steve (Stacy) Chandler, and her daughters Lisa Chandler and Jackie Chandler. She was the most loving and amazing grandmother to Alison, Sasha, Matthew, Katelyn, Jasmine, Anna, Cayde, Joey, Kyle, and Lucas. Laura was also a doting great grandma to Jr, Isaac and London. Her children and grandchildren/great grandchildren were the light of her life. She was devoted to them endlessly.
Laura was also survived by her Brother Ken(Flo) Tomerlin and her sister Kim Moore. Laura had many nieces and nephews who she also adored and loved.
Laura’s only concern in life was about those she loved. She was selfless and caring and the most thoughtful person you could meet. She made sure that everyone around her felt loved and cared for even above her own needs.
A Gathering will be held Saturday, February 7th, 2026 from 3-5pm at Hillside Funeral Home, 8941 Klienman Rd. Highland, IN
