Lenny Davis

Lenny Davis, age 60, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

Born on April 1, 1965, in Hammond, Indiana, Lenny was a 1985 graduate of Gavit High School. He had a lifelong passion for music, cars, and making memories with those he loved most.

Lenny was the proud father of Jake (Chrissy) Davis and beloved grandfather to Zakkary Davis. He is also survived by his cherished fur baby, Harley Quinn, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Davis and Cheryl Clark, and his sister, Kellie Davis.

Lenny had a true gearhead’s heart—he especially loved working on his cars, most notably hot rodding his baby blue ’88 Ford Mustang. Music was in his soul, a passion he passed down to his son. He played guitar in a band he started with his lifelong friends Martin and Dennis and proudly considered himself a member of the KISS Army. Whether it was family trips to Michigan or breakfast with friends, Lenny found joy in the little things and the people who mattered most.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Friday, August 2, 2025 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 with a Memorial Service at 2:00pm with Minister Konnie.
