Leonard "Leo" Radek

  Leonard “Leo” Radek, 39, passed away on September 20, 2018 at Broadway Methodist Hospital in Merrillville. Leo was born on January 17, 1979 in Hammond, Indiana.

He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Radek; brother Jeremy Radek and sister Tina (Kyle) Tiede; his three special aunts, Nancy Radek, Kim Szanyi and Rhonda Shanks; as well as his many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Thomas Radek.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Hillside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road, Highland, IN 46322.  

Leo enjoyed music and going to concerts. He was an avid Cubs, Seahawks and Michigan fan. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
