Marie "Tiny" Flores, small in stature with an enormous personality her body could never contain, climbed on her heavenly Harley Tuesday to take her last ride home. She is survived by a tiny mother, a crew of two amazing sons and an interesting daughter. A few carefully chosen sons and daughters in law. A bakers dozen of grand and great grandchildren and a legion of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, "adopted" children and friends.
She loved being outside fishing or riding or playing ball. She loved long summer days and crisp fall nights. She loved Halloween and Christmas. And boy did she love cats. She was friend to all who met her whether two footed or four. No one was denied a welcome at her door. She fed us all with joy, love, and a smile. She only asked that we sit for a while.
There will be a private viewing for immediate family but we invite everyone to come and sit for a while for a graveside service Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at St. John Joseph Cemetery, 1547 167th St. Hammond, IN at 11:45 am. Please visit her Facebook page to share condolences, stories or pictures. In lieu of flowers we ask that a charitable donation be made to The Independent Cat Society in Westville Indiana. The world will be much tinier without you in it Crash Marie.
