Marjorie Lynn Jovanovich

Marjorie Lynn Jovanovich age 77, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, December 03, 2025.

She is survived by her loving husband, Milija Jovanovich; children, Tammy (James) Russell, Michael Jovanovich, Kristie (Branko) Stepanovich and Nicholas (Lori) Jovanovich; grandchildren, Trace (Sidney) Jovanovich, Dakota Betancourt, Austin and Madison Jovanovich, Luka and Mila Stepanovich, ElleLynn and Evan and Eden Jovanovich; great-grandchildren, Hank, Cooper, Swayde and Brentlee; siblings, Joan (late Lloyd) Butler, James (late Susan) Caron and John (late Linda) Caron; numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Leona Caron.

Marjorie was born February 02, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a 1966 graduate of Griffith Senior High School. On September 07, 1968 she married the love of her life Milija Jovanovich, and together they shared 57 years settling in Griffith to raise their family. Marjorie retired from BroadSmile Dental Center in 2019 after 30 years of service. 

She enjoyed traveling, watching sporting events - professional and those played by her children and grandchildren. She was an avid reader and loved to spend time at her brother’s lake house with family. She was a cutthroat pinnacle player, was always up for an adventure and loved to laugh. 

Marjorie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She loved fiercely and unconditionally.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN, 46322.
