Mary Ann Appleford ,age 90, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 23, 2024.
She is survived by her daughter,Judy Tuzar (Vincent). Son-in-law Joseph Golub. Grandchildren Kaitlyn Tuzar and Joey Golub (Allie) . Great-grandchildren Rilie Ren and Ryatt Golub.
Preceded in death by her parents Ignace and Harriet Staciewicz, husband Louis and her loving daughter Karen. Sisters Janet Balczo, Dolores (Vercel) Mraz, and Susan Wagner, and brother Walter Staciewicz.
Mary Ann was born on May 11th 1934 in East Chicago Indiana. She was a 1952 graduate of Washington High School.
On September 4th, 1959 she married the love of her life Louis (Louie) Appleford.
Mary Ann was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She will be missed by many.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday April 11th 2025 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleiman Road Highland Indiana from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm, Rev. Charles Niblick officiating.
